Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment and need a refund. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel, you provide at least 14 day notice at which point we will provide a full refund. This will allow someone on the waiting list to be scheduled in your place. Any cancellations made within less than 14 days in advance will unfortunately not be refunded. By completing this purchase you are attesting to that understanding.
